I found the location convenient, next to all the main sights and restaurants. the rooftop view was amazing, i appreciated the breakfast offered. The staff were friendly and helpful. i had a smooth late check-in, and luigi gave excellent recommendations for local places and helped with arranging a cab to the airport.

the water pressure in the showers could definitely be improved. also, the wifi wasn't working during my entire stay, until the day i checked out, frustrating.

Really good Hospitality and Fine Views

Luigi ensured we could access our room even though we arrived early. The room offered city views, and the rooftop views were amazing. Breakfast included many great options. The location is central, tucked away from the street but still in the middle of everything.

I found the check-out process a little complicated, leading to some delays. This caused me to miss my train, quite frustrating. Clearer instructions or a smoother system would definitely improve this aspect.

Luigi assisted with a late check-in due to my train. He provided dining recommendations. He also arranged a cab to the airport. The location sits between the Spanish Quarter and museums. Dante Metro station is near the square. It ensures easy access to transport. The room was spacious and very clean!!! Breakfast on the rooftop included cappuccinos.

Mosquitoes were present in the room despite closed windows.
